As a Security Clearance Recruiter focused on security clearance roles, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent within the intelligence and security sector to recruit qualified applicants specializing in Field Operations & Maintenance to identify talent with professional, technical, executive, and managerial recruiting in areas including commercial, mechanical services, Plumbing and HVAC for the GOVCON (Government Contracting) requiring U.S. Security Clearances that can reach T/S w/Poly.
Your expertise in navigating security clearance requirements and your network within this specialized field will be crucial in successfully filling critical roles. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of security clearance processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of recruiting candidates for roles requiring various levels of clearance. The specifics of the role are to manage & execute full life-cycle high volume recruitment for all security clearance requirements’ Operations roles within Dean | Fluor to include technology, operations & maintenance, information technology, engineering, project leaders, and/or all other security clearance jobs required. This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition to help develop strategic hiring initiatives and assist with targeted recruiting events.
